Elsa is a seasoned business development and marketing leader with more than 20 years of experience helping attorneys and law firms turn strategy into growth. She partners closely with legal professionals to design and execute initiatives that advance business objectives, uncover new opportunities, and drive meaningful revenue.

Throughout her career, Elsa has developed and delivered business development programs, training, and coaching for attorneys at every stage, from individual practitioners to firmwide teams. Her work spans a broad range of law firms and practice areas, with particular experience supporting focused initiatives, including programs for women and minority attorneys. Because she understands that effective business development is never one-size-fits-all, Elsa works collaboratively with attorneys to identify approaches that play to their strengths, reflect their interests, and support their goals. The result is practical, sustainable skills and habits that lead to measurable results and long-term success.

Elsa is certified through LawVision’s Coaching Program and holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and a bachelor’s degree from Loyola Marymount University. She lives in Southern California with her husband, two children, and two Boston terriers, Samantha and Sophia, who keep life both busy and entertaining.
